How to Order?
Contact your local Wabash distributor or representative for immediate order placement or price and delivery information. Please refer to Wabash’s distributor and representative listing for the office nearest you. For factory direct orders or technical assistance, please contact our sales office.
Prices:
F.O.B. factory, Iowa. All prices listed are for domestic shipments only. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Federal, state, and local taxes are not included and will be added where applicable. Additional charges may apply for rush orders and special handling. Non-stock and custom products will incur non refundable engineering charges. Export orders will incur an additional $50.00 handling charge.
Discounts:
Wabash Transformer offers liberal discounts to quantity buyers. OEM contracts are available. Consult Wabash Transformer or your local representative/distributor for prompt quotations.
Terms:
Net 30 days, subject to credit approval. Payments in U.S. dollars only. All sales are subject to Wabash terms and conditions exclusively.
Delivery:
Scheduled orders are acceptable with a firm delivery schedule.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped surface freight collect unless otherwise instructed. Location permitting, small shipments are made by United Parcel Service (UPS); larger shipments, by insured motor. Shipments can be made by air upon request. Every effort is made to adequately pack products. However, if the products are received in damaged condition, it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim for damages.

Quotations:
All written quotations from Wabash Transformer shall be valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Inquiries for customs or modifications of the existing products are welcome.
Samples:
No charge samples will be granted if product total cost does not exceed $10.00. customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Repair Service:
All products to be returned for repair require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. Contact the factory for details and authorization number. Products ordered in error are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Non-standard, custom or modified products cannot be returned for credit.
Cancellation Policy:
A 30 day notice is necessary for cancellation of pre-engineered items. A 25% restocking charge will apply. For volume orders, the quantity shipped versus the quantity ordered will determine price difference and the customer will be charged accord-ingly. Custom products are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Special stocking, Kanban or Con-signment agreements will prevail under all circumstances.
